We Want Spring! We Want Spring!

Last night was a good night:

9:30 = hungry, Ziggy and Jim head to Jewel
10:30 = they return.
10:45 = cooking of dinner commences.
3 courses as follows:
Appetizer -- Pork Chops
Main Course -- Lamb Chops
Dessert -- Steak

Yes we want spring...grilling at midnight...desperate?
